Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia). All orders are processed and leave our Saint Louis, Missouri workshop within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: $12.95 USD.
    • Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50 USD).
    • Cost: Free.
    • Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges Promise

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items from our collection are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • BRIEFS & SOCKS (All intimate apparel)
  • FRAGRANCES (If opened or used)
  • BEANIES (If the packaging seal is broken)
  • Any personalized or custom-made items.

All other categories—including BOYS & GIRLS APPAREL, FLANNELS, BACKPACKS & ACCESSORIES, AUTO ACCESSORIES, GEAR, and more—are eligible if the above conditions are met.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)

Contact our Saint Louis-based customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details. Use the template below to ensure a quick process.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

  • Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a sturdy box.
  • Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
  • Clearly mark whether you are requesting a Refund or an Exchange (please specify desired size/color if exchanging).

Step 3: Ship to Our Workshop

Send your return package to our headquarters. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Once received at our workshop, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. We will email you to confirm the status of your return or exchange.

Refund Timeline & Method

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we approve your return.
  • Method: Funds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal).

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges to a different size or color:

  1. Follow the return steps above, clearly stating the desired exchange item.
  2. Once the return is approved, we will ship the new item to you.
  3. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment. If the exchange is due to our error, we will cover the shipping.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
